Having had a team of 44 members attending the conference, including partners and networks, governmental and non-governmental, enabled the Education caucus to more fully participate in the various informal focal point meetings, delegation meetings, press briefings, partnership venus and more.<\/p>\n<p>Their report of COP-15 provides a background of COP-15 and goes on to highlight the need for a well prepared society in the context of the UNFCCC negotiations.
