{"id":1592,"date":"2010-07-21T11:22:55","date_gmt":"2010-07-21T11:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xsf.stakeholderforum.org\/2010\/07\/21\/uk-stakeholder-meeting-report-july10\/"},"modified":"2010-07-21T11:22:55","modified_gmt":"2010-07-21T11:22:55","slug":"uk-stakeholder-meeting-report-july10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sf.stakeholderforum.org\/index.php\/uk-stakeholder-meeting-report-july10\/","title":{"rendered":"Stakeholder Forum UK Stakeholder Meeting Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 15th July  2010 Stakeholder Forum brought together a diverse range of UK  stakeholders to discuss the Rio+20 Earth Summit and the outcomes from  the first preparatory meeting (PrepComm1), which took place in New York  from 17th-19th May 2010.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The morning meeting took place at the Bloomsbury  Central Baptist Church on Shaftesbury Avenue, London. Over 30 people  participated in the meeting representing a range of organisations and  groups, including NGOs, community groups, trade unions, government,  business and many more.<\/p>\n<p>There were presentations from Hannah Stoddart, Head of Policy and Advocacy at Stakeholder Forum; Felix Dodds, Executive Director at Stakeholder Forum; Derek Osborn, President of Stakeholder Forum and Jane Stratford, Defra.
