{"id":1601,"date":"2010-07-30T16:26:20","date_gmt":"2010-07-30T16:26:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xsf.stakeholderforum.org\/2010\/07\/30\/new-foundations-for-the-future\/"},"modified":"2010-07-30T16:26:20","modified_gmt":"2010-07-30T16:26:20","slug":"new-foundations-for-the-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sf.stakeholderforum.org\/index.php\/new-foundations-for-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"New Foundations for the Future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SF is partnering with Yale University and UNITAR to support the 2nd <em>Global Conference on Environmental Governance and Democracy.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The conference will take place at Yale University, New Haven, USA from 17-19 September 2010 in the margins of the United Nations Millennium Development Goal Summit, 20-22 September, New York.<\/p>\n<p>The 2nd Global Conference on Environmental Governance and Democracy will focus on the theme of <em>Strengthening Institutions to Address Climate Change and Advance a Green Economy<\/em>, the event will take stock of and examine the role of institutional structures and decision-making procedures in fostering (or impeding) low carbon and climate resilient development.
