It was edited by Ahmed Djoghlaf and Felix Dodds and includes chapters by: Gusti Muhammad Hatta, Thomas E. Lovejoy, Craig Bennett, Johan Rockstrom, Bob Watson, Achim Steiner, Jan McAlpine and Monique Barbut.
